Outstanding Support and Service

We recently purchased some cutting wedges for our studios.  Not only did I immediately get a human voice when I called the 1-888 number on your site, I also got immediately transferred to someone with the knowledge to answer my questions.

We got an outstanding product, outstanding customer service during our purchase and superb customer support after the sale.

So many times in our day, we take time out to contact and complain to someone because we believe they are doing it wrong.  I wanted to take time out today to let you know you guys are doing it right.  Thank you for that.
